About me

Who is Monique Mays?

Monique Mays, was born in Werzburg, Germany to military parents. She spent most of

her childhood living all over the United States, but calls Fort Pierce FL her home town. She is a

Motivational Speaker, Teacher, Women’s Ministry Leader and Author. Her years in women’s

ministry has birthed a great passion in her to empower and encourage women to love God and

themselves. She is also the founder and CEO of MM Confidence Coaching. Where she teaches

the practical steps needed to take her clients confidence to the next level. Her teaching is based

on the principle of “Release, Renew and Thrive”. Which gives women the tools to release the

chains of their past, renew their self-esteem and thrive in the life God has for them. Her debut

book Self-Esteem is the New Black: How to become the confident woman you have always

wanted to be is due to be released March 2018. In her book she takes readers on her journey of

being a single, insecure teenage mother to the woman she is today. Equipping them with the

steps on how they too can become the confident woman they have always wanted to be.

Monique currently resides in Rosharon, TX with her husband seven daughters and one son.
